B. Placing an order

4. telephone number – necessary when choosing certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses delivery to an address other than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please additionally provide:

1. name and surname or company/institution name – necessary for us to address the delivery;

2. address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) – necessary for us to address the parcel;

3. telephone number to the receiver of the shipment – necessary if certain delivery methods are selected (required by carriers).

In the event that when placing an order the Customer indicates a desire to receive a VAT invoice, please provide:

1. name and surname or company/institution name – necessary for invoicing;

2. address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) – necessary for issuing an invoice;

3. Tax Identification Number (NIP) – necessary for issuing the invoice;

4. telephone number – necessary in the case of choosing certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

The data provided when placing an order is processed by mydeershop.com and the following entities to the extent indicated below:

1. the name, address, telephone, e-mail indicated as the delivery address is passed on to the shipping companies in the form of a shipping label/letter which is also a delivery order depending on the selected type of shipment is passed on:

a. DPD

b. DHL

c. GLS

2. Name, address, Tax Identification Number (NIP) indicated as the data to which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system: Fakturownia.pl

If payment is made by means of an external payment system, any data you enter on the payment provider’s website remain solely recorded in their database and are in no way accessible or stored by mydeershop.com.

C. Newsletter subscription

If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it during the registration process or when placing an order, please provide your e-mail address, name and gender. You will receive commercial information from the Administrator at the e-mail address you provide, which you can unsubscribe from at any time by logging into your account at mydeershop.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the footer of each newsletter.
